Fee/Payment Schedule

Tuition will be due on the 1st of every month.


Parent Portal

When registering you set up a parent portal. You may view fees and pay all transactions from there. You can also enroll in auto pay, which will pull from your account on the first of every month. 


Registration fees

$35 per year  

New TC students: pay registration fees when registering for classes. Registration is good for 1 year from signup date.

Returning students: Registration fees will be added to your account 1 year from when you paid your last registration fee.  For example: If you signed up Sept 6, 2024 ------- on  Sept 6, 2025 the registration fee will be billed to your account.

Dropping a Class:

A 30 day notice is required when dropping a class. No prorated tuition or refunds apply if class is dropped mid-month. If notice is not given, you are responsible for the following month's tuition.


Makeup Policy

Just like college, your student tuition pays for a class spot, regardless of attendance. Tuition reductions cannot be granted for missed classes. We do not have the flexibility in our schedule to offer makeup classes and as we strive to keep a low student to coach ratio we cannot add additional students to other classes for makeups.


Late Fees

*If we receive your payment after the 10th a $15 late fee will be applied to your account.



We follow the Wasatch School District calendar. No school equals no class.

Class start date: August 16th 2023

Class end date: May 24th 2022

Should the gym need to close for any emergency, we will email, post on Facebook and Instagram. Make-ups for these closures will be scheduled following the closure.  No tuition credits will be given for closure due to weather.


We are located at 385 west 600 south, Heber. (1st floor)


Drop off/pickup

**NO parking in front of the building next to the sidewalk**

We share a parking lot with Activia and Wasatch County Rec Center. Please be considerate and do not block traffic. We have a non- parking drop off zone in front of the building.


Please drop your children off and pick them up on time. Children should not be dropped off at the gym any earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of their class, or picked up later than 5 minutes after their class has ended.  Also, please tell your children to wait inside the building until they see you pull up or you come inside to retrieve them. 

Parents are not permitted on the floor at any time. We have cameras in the gym area that will be displayed on the TV in the lobby.  If you need to speak with your child or a coach, please ask a coach for assistance.  In the rare event that your child is injured during class, please allow us to escort you onto the floor.  Siblings of enrolled students must remain with their parents at all times.  Please do not allow children to climb/play on furniture in the lobby. No child is permitted to play unsupervised in the front desk/lobby/viewing areas or outside the gym.


What to wear

Please have your child in appropriate tumbling/cheer clothes. NO JEANS. NO JEWELRY. A leotard for the girls is the best choice, however stretchy pants/shorts and t-shirts are fine, too, as long as it is not too baggy. Boys should wear stretchy pants/shorts and t-shirts. Children should NOT wear shoes, socks or tights for class as they can easily slip on equipment (although convertible tights for girls are fine). Long hair should be pulled back with and elastic.
