Do you have a child who loves to Jump and Flip? This class is great for kids who love parkour, ninja, tricking, flipping and jumping.
By teaching elements of tumbling and gymnastics, your athlete can apply it to winter or summer sports. It is taught in a safe environment. They are taught correct body positions, correct ways to fall, and safety of tricks.
We add conditioning to this class. Conditioning is an important aspect of training. Although movement training can directly increase muscle mass and power, conditioning can help speed up the process and allow your body to keep up with your skill related improvements.
